This Complementary Consultation is a calm, supportive space to talk through what you’re experiencing and explore your next step with Soul Fresh Hypnosis. I specialize in Birth Trauma Recovery and Calm Birth preparation, I also work with clients on related concerns such as anxiety, emotional overwhelm, fear responses, stress patterns, and life transitions especially when these issues intersect with pregnancy, birth, or motherhood. You don’t need to have your story perfectly organized before booking. This call is simply a place to be heard, get clarity, and determine what kind of support makes sense for you.
